Accommodation is Offered Subject To Availability at time of Receipt of Deposit at Quoted Tariffs. Accounts must be Paid in Full on Arrival.

Rooms available from 1.00pm. Rooms MUST BE VACATED by 10.00am on Day of Departure.
The hotel will store luggage for early arrivals/ late departures but Inglewood Seafront Hotel accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to stored luggage. No reduction is made for temporary absence, meals not taken, premature departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking. The hotel reserves the right to charge any individual causing willful damage to hotel property.
All our hotels have Limited Car Parking which is available to all guests However spaces are available on a 'first come, first served' basis and cannot be reserved. Vehicles are left at owners'/ customers' risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Any guest parking on company premises must leave their vehicle key at reception for the duration of their stay.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £20 per person is required to reserve rooms.
All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before arrival. Payment can be accepted on arrival with prior notification or if staff notifies you.
Please note: In the event of a cancellation, the full price will be due, by the person making the booking.
Prices include Freeview TV, Tea & Coffee facilities and Central Heating in all rooms. 1 child under 12 years sharing with 2 Adults 1/2 price. Please ask for more details.
If the deposit has been paid using a Credit or Debit Card Authorised Account Number then any payment due owing to Curtailment, Cancellation or Damage will also be made on this same Account Number by the Management. The Card Holder will be notified of any such transaction.
The Management cannot accept responsibility for loss of Guest's Property, unless handed in for Safe Custody and Signed for by The Management or an Authorised Signatory.
The Management reserve the right to Amend, Curtail or Terminate Any Contract should the conduct of Any Person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the Hotel or to the Well Being or Comfort of Other Guests.
By Booking this Holiday you have entered into a Legally Binding Contract with this Establishment. Iit is recommended that you take out Holiday insurance Cover for your protection.
The company is proud of the standards of accommodation and service offered to all guests. In the unlikely event that you should have cause for criticism or suggestion during your stay, please bring the matter to the attention of the Duty Manager so that efforts may be made to meet your requirements or resolve problems. We consider it unreasonable to make any criticism in writing upon your return home should the Hotel not first have been given the opportunity to attend to any matters arising during your stay.
Whilst taking every care to honour commitments, Inglewood Seafront Hotel regrets that it will not accept liability for any errors, omissions or cancellations howsoever caused.
The terms and conditions set out here comprise the agreement between you and Inglewood Seafront Hotel. The contract is deemed to have been made upon our receipt of the deposit. No employee or representative of the Company has the authority to verbally vary these terms and conditions. We will not be in a position to vary these conditions unless requested to do so in writing, with such variation confirmed by us in writing.
